Rude awakening for CanopyBoulder's California dream to boost weed biz

Boulder-based cannabis accelerator Canopy Boulder is delaying the start of its inaugural San Francisco class after too few businesses applied. Canopy co-founder Patrick Rea cites the patchwork regulation that exists in the state as a reason too few businesses are ready to set up shop.
